How we compute and present the aggregate figures shown on this site

All figures shown on our public pages are aggregate approximations under a defined statistical methodology. They are meant only to help you understand the scale and activity of the platform, and do not constitute any promise or guarantee about any individual user, business, or collaboration outcome. When the sample size is too small to be statistically meaningful, we do not publish a specific number. All metrics refresh weekly.

Contract Fulfillment Rate

The share of signed e-contracts in which both parties completed double-blind reviews and no appeals remain open (rolling 90-day window). • A specific percentage is shown only when the denominator is ≥ 50 contracts; otherwise it reads "insufficient sample". • This is an internal aggregate fulfillment statistic — not credit-reporting information as defined by any credit bureau, and it is not shared with third parties. • Settlement features roll out by region in phases, so the underlying data adjusts as availability expands.

Verified Workers

The number of worker accounts that have completed real-name verification and logged in within the past 12 months. Duplicate, deactivated, or long-inactive accounts are excluded.

Active Businesses

The number of business accounts that have logged in or posted within the past 30 days.

Countries / Regions Covered

The distinct count of countries / regions where verified workers are registered, or where their clients are located.

Refresh Frequency & Timestamps

The metrics above refresh weekly. When a metric's sample size is below the publication threshold, the front end shows "insufficient sample" instead of a specific number.
