Covering registration, verification, privacy, and account management

What information do I need to register? Is email required?+

Registration requires only a phone number (with international dialling code) and an SMS verification code. Email is optional and serves only as an additional login channel and notification recipient. We will never restrict features simply because you don't add an email.

Why is real-name verification required? Will my ID information be made public?+

Per Article 24 of China's Cybersecurity Law, real-name verification is required to publish jobs / services and to sign electronic contracts. ID photos are used only for internal review and are never publicly displayed; once verified the platform shows only a "Verified" badge.

Can search engines or strangers see my resume?+

Under Resume → Privacy you can set visibility to one of three levels: Public / Verified-companies-only / Private. When set to "Verified-companies-only," anonymous visitors (including search engines) only see your name, avatar, and service list — your resume body stays hidden.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password," enter your phone number, and reset via SMS code. Email is not required.

How do I close my account? When is my data deleted?+

Apply via Account Settings → Close Account. A 30-day grace period applies during which you can restore via SMS or bound email. After 30 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted. Active electronic contracts are preserved and may continue to be performed by the counterparty.

Are there any fees?+

We currently charge no registration fees, transaction service fees, or commission from any user. Any future change will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Can I be both a Worker and a Company on the same account?+

Yes. Each phone number maps to one personal account (= Worker). The same account can own up to 3 companies and join up to 3 more. Switch identities via the avatar menu in the top-right.

Are foreign-currency settlements supported?+

Contract amounts can be denominated in any ISO 4217 currency (CNY, USD, EUR, etc.). The platform does not directly collect or remit funds at this stage; payments are made off-platform between the parties, with the platform only recording bill status.

Key steps from registration to closing your first engagement

Worker: How do I publish my first service?+

1. Register and complete personal real-name verification. 2. In the Worker portal, go to My Services → Publish Service. 3. Fill in service title, industry & function, pricing (hourly / daily / monthly / by-result / negotiable), and description. 4. Submission goes live immediately; the platform spot-checks afterwards. 5. Services not refreshed within 60 days expire automatically — refresh anytime to restore.

Company: How do I publish a job and find a match?+

1. Register, create a company, complete company verification (Unified Social Credit Code + business license). 2. In the Business portal, go to Job Management → Publish Job — fill in role, city, engagement type (Freelance / Part-time / Full-time), work mode (Remote / Onsite / Hybrid), and salary. 3. Submission goes live and is matchable for 30 days. 4. Browse Find Talent and initiate a chat with candidates. 5. Once aligned, the Worker initiates an electronic contract based on their service.

How do I sign an electronic contract?+

1. Both parties confirm collaboration intent in chat. 2. The Worker clicks "Initiate contract" in the chat, selects the relevant service, and fills in scope, deadline, currency, amount, and payment terms. 3. The Company can Accept / Return for revision / Reject. 4. After both parties electronically sign, the contract becomes active and the bill schedule is generated.

How do I review the counterparty after completion?+

Once a contract is COMPLETED, each side has a 7-day window to submit a review. Reviews use a double-blind mechanism — submissions are hidden from the counterparty until both have reviewed or 7 days elapse. Public reviews show only the rating and text, never the reviewer's avatar or name.

Where do I view my bills and payment records?+

Go to Account Settings → My Bills. Status values include Unpaid / Paid / Overdue. Bills auto-flag as overdue after 15 days; either party can request platform mediation.

Dispute Resolution

How we handle contract / payment disputes and reports of misconduct

We encourage both parties to first try to resolve issues through chat in good faith. When that fails, three formal pathways are available: 1. Contract performance disputes (e.g., deliverables don't match the agreement / Company unilaterally changes scope): • Either party can click "Request Mediation" on the contract page, attaching collaboration records, deliverable screenshots, and chat history. • The platform initiates mediation within 5 working days; both sides may submit statements. • A platform mediator issues a non-binding opinion; either side remains free to pursue legal remedies. 2. Payment overdue disputes (bill unpaid >15 days): • The system auto-flags overdue; the Worker can send a reminder from the bill page. • The platform notifies the Company owner; if no response within 7 working days, the platform helps the Worker issue a written demand letter (electronic form). • The platform does not directly collect funds; ultimate settlement responsibility rests with the parties. 3. Misconduct / fraud reports: • A "Report" entry is available on every job / service / company page and inside chat. • Categories: fake job posting / charging fees / fraud / sexual harassment / employment discrimination / other violations. • The platform responds with action within 3 working days. Material violations result in content takedown, account suspension, or permanent ban.
