1. General Provisions & Definitions
1.1 This Agreement supplements the Platform's User Agreement and Privacy Policy and has equal legal effect; matters not covered here are governed by those documents.
1.2 "Membership Service" means the value-added services the Platform provides to paying users beyond the basic features available to free users, including but not limited to higher posting and outreach quotas, search-ranking weighting, exclusive badges, and priority support.
1.3 "Membership Tier" means a level of membership combining specific benefits and pricing. Worker-side tiers include PRO and ELITE; company-side tiers include Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise.
1.4 "Membership Term" means the validity period of the membership you purchase, billed either monthly or annually.
2. Membership Service Content
2.1 The specific benefits, quotas, and prices of each tier are as displayed on the Platform's "Membership" and "Upgrade" pages at the time of activation.
2.2 The Platform may optimize and adjust membership benefits as needed. For users with an active membership, the Platform will not reduce the core benefits you already enjoy during your current Membership Term; where adjustments are necessary, the Platform will give prior notice via in-app message or page announcement.
2.3 Membership benefits are for use only by the member (or the corresponding company account for company memberships) within the Platform, and may not be transferred, rented, lent, or used for any commercial resale.
3. Activation & Effectiveness
3.1 You may select a tier and billing cycle and activate the membership after completing payment via a payment method supported by the Platform (WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.).
3.2 The Membership Service takes effect upon successful payment and the system's confirmation of receipt, and the Membership Term begins at that time.
3.3 If you renew or upgrade during a Membership Term, the new term will extend the existing term or be prorated per Platform rules, as indicated on the page.
3.4 You must ensure the payment account belongs to you lawfully. You bear any dispute arising from incorrect payment information you provide or from using another person's account.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 The Membership Service is a paid service, priced as displayed at the time of activation. The Platform may adjust prices per its operating strategy, but price adjustments do not affect the price of a membership you have already activated for its current term.
4.2 You shall pay membership fees through the lawful payment channels provided by the Platform. Once paid, membership fees are in principle non-refundable, except as provided in Section 6 or required by law.
4.3 Displayed prices are denominated in RMB and include applicable taxes (if any), as confirmed on the payment page and electronic receipt.
5. Auto-Renewal
5.1 If you select "auto-renewal" at activation, the Platform will, before each Membership Term expires, automatically charge your authorized payment method at the then-effective price to renew your membership for the next cycle.
5.2 In accordance with the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Trading and related rules, the Platform will prominently disclose the timing, amount, and method of auto-renewal charges. The renewal amount equals the price of your current membership tier.
5.3 You may disable auto-renewal at any time under "Settings — My Subscription". After disabling, the service continues until the end of the current cycle, after which no further charges occur and the membership terminates automatically.
5.4 You are responsible for managing your auto-renewal status. If a charge occurs because you did not disable auto-renewal before the billing date, the charged amount will be handled per the refund rules in this Agreement.
6. Refunds
6.1 The Membership Service is a digital service usable immediately upon activation. Except as mandated by law or otherwise agreed herein, fees for a membership that has been activated and used are non-refundable.
6.2 If the Membership Service cannot be normally provided due to reasons attributable to the Platform for a period exceeding a reasonable time, you may contact us to request a refund prorated to the unused remaining Membership Term.
6.3 If your membership is suspended or terminated for your breach of this Agreement or Platform rules, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6.4 Refunds (where applicable) will be returned to the original payment account, with crediting time subject to the payment institution. To request a refund, contact us at contact@fintegrity.cn.
7. Member Rights & Obligations
7.1 You are entitled to the benefits of your tier during the Membership Term and may raise inquiries and suggestions regarding the service.
7.2 You shall comply with the Platform's User Agreement and rules, use the Membership Service lawfully, and not use membership benefits for illegal activities or to harm the lawful rights of the Platform or others.
7.3 You shall not obtain or expand membership benefits through cheating, abuse, technical means, or other improper methods. Upon discovery, the Platform may suspend or terminate your membership without refund and reserves the right to pursue liability.
8. Platform Rights & Obligations
8.1 The Platform shall provide the corresponding Membership Service per this Agreement and the page content, and use reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and secure.
8.2 The Platform may manage the Membership Service pursuant to laws, regulatory requirements, and Platform rules; for accounts breaching this Agreement, it may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate the membership.
8.3 The Platform will collect and process information necessary to provide the Membership Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and protect your personal information as required by law.
9. Changes, Suspension & Termination
9.1 Due to maintenance, upgrades, failures, force majeure, or third-party service interruptions, the Platform may temporarily interrupt or suspend the Membership Service; it will endeavor to give advance notice and minimize downtime.
9.2 The Platform may adjust or discontinue the Membership Service as a whole based on its business strategy. If the service is discontinued entirely, the Platform will refund fees prorated to your unused remaining Membership Term.
9.3 When the Membership Term expires without renewal, or after the term ends following your disabling of auto-renewal, the Membership Service terminates automatically and your account reverts to the features and quotas of a free user.
10. Amendments & Notice
10.1 The Platform may amend this Agreement in response to legal changes and operational needs, with the amended version published on the Platform.
10.2 For material amendments affecting your principal rights and obligations, the Platform will give prior notice through prominent means such as in-app message or page announcement.
10.3 If you continue to use or renew the Membership Service after amendments are published, you are deemed to accept the amended Agreement; if you disagree, you should stop using the service and may disable auto-renewal so that it does not renew after expiry.
11. Disclaimer & Dispute Resolution
11.1 The Platform is an information-matching service provider. The Membership Service aims to enhance your in-platform experience and exposure but does not constitute any promise or guarantee of actual transactions, income, or collaboration outcomes.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party causes, or your own causes.
11.3 The formation, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, either party may bring suit before the competent People's Court at the location of the Platform operator.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If any clause of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain effective.
12.2 The Platform's failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
