Two services, one team

Both were value-added options inside the TriMode™ subscription. They are available on their own, or together.

Recruiting on a success fee

We find and shortlist the people; your company interviews, decides and signs.

  • Job description co-creation and role calibration — is this a full-time hire, a project-based expert, or both?
  • Sourcing from the Fintegrity talent pool plus industry channels, with AI pre-screening
  • 3–5 shortlisted candidates per role, with structured notes
  • Interview, salary-negotiation and offer coaching for your hiring team
  • Fee only on a successful start: one month of total staff cost; 20–30% of annual salary for senior roles above ¥300k

Staff outsourcing & settlement

Fintegrity becomes the contracting and settlement party, so your company pays one invoice.

  • Three-party contracts: your company ↔ Fintegrity ↔ the worker
  • You pay Fintegrity's corporate account; we settle to each person per contract
  • Social insurance contributions and individual income tax withheld and filed
  • One 6% VAT special invoice per settlement, matching the contract
  • Semi-risk at total staff cost × 5%, or full-risk at × 15% — choose how much risk Fintegrity carries
Compliant staffing and settlement

What your company gets

Shorter time to the right person

Specialist, creative and project roles typically take 30–90 days to fill through conventional channels. A curated pool plus AI pre-screening gets a shortlist in front of you fast — and you only pay if someone starts.

Lower cost of a wrong hire

A failed key hire costs roughly ¥800k–¥1.5m once agency fees, salary, severance and team disruption are counted. Trial a project-based expert for 3–6 months first, then convert to full-time: the cost of a miss drops to ¥60k–¥120k and success rates rise from 30–40% to over 70%.

Capacity that flexes with the business

Keep a core full-time team and scale outsourced staff up for peak season and down afterwards. Idle payroll in the off-season stops being a fixed cost.

Compliance and tax safety built in

Under Golden Tax IV, invoice data and individual income data are cross-checked. Our "five-flow consistency" model keeps contract, funds, invoice, business and personnel flows aligned, so settlement is defensible in an audit.

One counterparty, one invoice

Dozens of individual contracts and payments become one monthly settlement with Fintegrity and one 6% VAT special invoice — finance and HR workload drops accordingly.

Bilingual for foreign-invested companies

Bilingual contracts and communication, with settlement, social insurance and tax handled locally — headquarters gets clarity without building a China HR function first.

When to use which

Recruiting solves "we need a specific person". Outsourcing solves "we need capacity, compliantly, without the fixed cost".

Use recruiting when…

A key role has been open for months

Engineering, design or project leads that your own channels cannot fill. We re-scope the role, source from the talent pool and hand you a shortlist.

Not sure the role should be full-time yet

Trial a senior project-based expert for 3–6 months, validate the business direction, then convert to a full-time hire through the same service.

Senior and specialist hires

Roles above ¥300k annual salary where a wrong hire is expensive — structured search and screening on a 20–30% success fee.

Foreign-invested company hiring in China

Bilingual job descriptions, screening and interview coordination for headquarters that cannot run a China search themselves.

Use outsourcing when…

Seasonal peaks and troughs

Retail, e-commerce, events and manufacturing with large swings: semi-risk outsourcing scales staff up and down without carrying idle payroll.

No headcount or no local entity

Group headcount freezes, representative offices or companies still being set up: full-risk outsourcing lets you start the work while Fintegrity is the employing and managing party.

Paying freelancers compliantly

Project-based experts and independent professionals are settled by milestone through Fintegrity, with contracts, invoices and tax aligned for Golden Tax IV.

Teams spread across cities

Staff in several regions with different social insurance rules are settled under one contract and one monthly invoice.

Semi-risk or full-risk outsourcing

Two ways to decide how much Fintegrity carries.

Semi-risk · 5%

Fee
Total staff cost × 5%
Contracting & settlement
Fintegrity contracts with each worker, settles pay, files social insurance and tax, and issues the invoice
Day-to-day management
Led by your company
Risk carried by Fintegrity
Compliance and settlement risk
Best for
Companies with strong internal management that need compliant settlement and flexible capacity

Full-risk · 15%

Fee
Total staff cost × 15%
Contracting & settlement
Same as semi-risk
Day-to-day management
Fintegrity is the employing and managing party
Risk carried by Fintegrity
All employment and management risk
Best for
Companies without headcount or a local entity, or that want employment risk fully off their books

Fees are a share of total staff cost (salary, social insurance, housing fund and agreed allowances). Subscribe to TriMode™ and outsource together for 10% off outsourcing fees.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee a hire within a certain time?⌃

No. Recruiting outcomes depend on your requirements, the role and candidates' own decisions. We commit to a response time after receiving a clear brief and to delivering shortlists within a reasonable period; interviews, decisions, salary negotiation and offers are executed by your company.

Semi-risk or full-risk — how do we choose?⌃

Choose semi-risk (5%) when your own managers run the work day to day and you mainly need compliant contracting, settlement and flexibility. Choose full-risk (15%) when you have no headcount or local entity, or want Fintegrity to be the employing and managing party and carry all employment risk.

Who pays social insurance and individual income tax for outsourced staff?⌃

Fintegrity does, as the contracting party: contributions are made and individual income tax is withheld and filed for each worker, and the cost is included in the monthly settlement.

How does this relate to the TriMode™ subscription?⌃

The subscription is advisory — methodology, plans, templates and talent recommendations. Staffing services are the hands-on execution. You can buy either on its own; companies that subscribe and outsource together get 10% off outsourcing fees.

Can freelancers and project-based experts be settled this way?⌃

Yes. Project set-up, milestone acceptance and settlement by milestone are handled under compliant templates, so independent professionals are paid and invoiced correctly.

Are bilingual contracts available for foreign-invested companies?⌃

Yes — bilingual service agreements and English-language communication are available, with settlement, social insurance and tax handled locally.
